Funny how you thought there were few tourists in Xela. My friends and I came from Tapachula, Chiapas where we saw no gringos, so seeing even a few white people surprised us. When I climbed up Temple IV at Tikal in the pre-dawn darkness, all me and the others were treated too was a cloudy morning! But we still had a great time, and I realized seeing the sun wasn't so much the point of being up there. We could hear the jungle wake up which was cool in and of itself. Great photo of the sunrise.
